401 Ocean Tech Challenge (401OTC) Accelerator Program

The 401 Ocean Tech Challenge Program participants will:

  • Have the opportunity to participate at the Defense Investment Forum on Oct 23rd, where they can give a 5 minute FlashTalk presentation to showcase their technologies to a targeted audience of  DoD leaders, defense contractors, and investors. 
  • Participate in a Dual-Use Bootcamp and Accelerator Program, which will provide participants with key strategies, insights, and advice to prepare these founders for engagement with investors, strategic partners, and DOD officials. During the program, they will receive mentorship from ocean tech experts, resource providers, and potential strategic partners with mentees. 
  • The program will end with a targeted matchmaking process that will facilitate connections to select investors, defense contractors, DOD officials, and key resource providers. 

Apply today to join the 401OTC Accelerator Program, applicants must be:

  • A dual-use technology company that is developing a product that has clear applications in undersea and maritime domains.
  • Beyond the proof of concept, but not yet fully commercialized (TRL 4-7).
  • Working on a technology that addresses one or more key blue economy domains, such as:
    • Autonomous systems (AUVs, ASVs, UUVs)
    • Sensors
    • Underwater communications
    • Materials innovations
  • Willing to engage in accelerator programming, mentorship, and ecosystem collaboration.

Deadline for applications is 5:00PM, October 19.
